If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact Alexis Rose Aesthetics at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduled appointments and/or cancellations less than 48 hours of your appointment time will forfeit the deposit, and you cannot use it to book another appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment and no prior notice is provided, your card will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost. You also will not be able to book future appointments with Alexis Rose Aesthetics. No exceptions can be made. No refunds will be issued.
